NB: Parcels recipients must give SyL information on 
content, origin, value and quantity for each item inside
the package they plan to receive.

their importation into Mexico, please let us know in
case of a doubt and we will advice and help you as 
 much as we can.

IMPORTATION OF GOODS
Please ask for a quote for the importation you plan
to realize providing us with: weight, volume, value,
country of origin, detailed description of the goods.

If you had a PMB at this address with another Mail
services provider all the mail received for you since
April will be kept at SOL y LUNA until Nov. 30, 2009.

If you decide to switch to SOL y LUNA Mail & Parcels
services, your mail received prior to your contract with Sol y Luna will be delivered to you
at no extra charge.

If you prefer to keep your same service provider, your mail will  be delivered to you
against payment of a handling fee based on its weight.

OUTGOING MAIL

SOL y LUNA charges a handling fee to take your mail
to the Post Office in Laredo, this fee is based on the
USPS First-Class mail schedule of prices and weights.
It does not include the price of US Postage Stamps that 
are sold by SOL y LUNA at their official prices.

SOL y LUNA realizes a tracking of all outgoing mail.
